Saffron Walden Kaizen Aikido Club
Saffron Walden Kaizen Aikido Club is an all-inclusive class meaning everyone is welcome, disability or not. Aikido is a traditional martial art which uses distance, avoidance, and balance breaking. Aikido is also a great tool for developing a broad range of physical and social skills. Chris the instructor has 30 years of Martial Arts experience covering JiuJitsu and Aikido and has specialised in teaching adults and young people with learning disabilities and/or Autism as well as Physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries.
Classes are running at, Golden Acre Community, Horse Croft, Saffron Walden, every Wednesday 7.45pm – 8.30pm and 8.30pm – 9.15pm.
Cost £7.50 for over 16’s and £6 for 16 years and under.The first 2 sessions are free.
